Kyle Tofflemire, DVM, DACVO

Ophthalmology

Kyle Tofflemire, DVM, DACVO, Board Certified in Veterinary Ophthalmology earned his veterinary degree from Texas A&M University. He then completed a small animal rotating Internship at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson and an ophthalmology internship at Iowa State University, where he remained for his residency.

He earned his ophthalmology board certification in 2015 and practiced in Washington State prior to joining Guardian Veterinary Specialists in 2018. He has a wide range of professional interests and has contributed to research in canine and equine glaucoma, feline fungal uveitis, and infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis.

Dr. Tofflemire serves on the American Board of Veterinary Ophthalmology’s examination committee. His clinical focus is working with clients to find practical, effective and ethical solutions to medical problems that affect pets’ vision.
