Doctor Palma was stellar. After providing a detailed description of our cat's health issue, he went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered. He also guided me to a treatment plan based on reasoned cost-benefit analysis. He then followed up with a detailed email outlining everything we discussed.

My little shih tzu needed various tests due to an extended abdomen. The staff were very professional and courteous. The tests were completed and Dr. Palma advised me of the results immediately and came up with a treatment plan. Dr. Palma followed up with an email with further details for treatment and medication. I am very happy with my experience.
