Dr. Robert Hart
Robert Hart, DVM, DACVS, holds his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University and completed a residency in Small Animal Surgery at Texas A&M, passing his board certification in 2003.
He is a worldwide expert in fracture repair and has extensive experience with Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO), Tibial Tuberosity Advancement (TTA), and Total Hip Replacement surgeries. Dr. Hart has held positions of authority in some of the best veterinary teaching hospitals in the country, including Director of Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgery at the Animal Medical Center in New York City as well as a faculty position at Cornell University, where he supervised and educated surgical residents, interns and veterinary students. In addition to being a practicing surgeon, he continues to be extensively involved in research, journal and book chapter publication, and education of surgeons worldwide.
