Veterinary Technicians
License Veterinary Technicians at Guardian Veterinary are the one of the keys to our success. Their support, along with the work of our assistant’s and veterinarians are what makes us a great team and adds to a superb client experience.
Qualifications:
- Love of animals and a passion to help and heal, first and foremost
- The desire to continually learn and grow
- License eligible or licensed Veterinary Technicians
- Licensed Specialized Veterinary Technicians desired for Dermatology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, ICU and ER
- General practice and surgical skills are desired, but not required
- Must be open to working at least one overnight
- Must have own reliable transportation

Veterinary Assistants

Qualifications:

Client Care Representatives
Guardian Veterinary Specialists is seeking Swing Shift Receptionists/ Client Care Representatives (CCRs) for full-time positions. Hours will vary for the shift. It will be a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts. Must be flexible to work day into evening hours. CCRs provide the first and last impression of each client’s visit to our hospital. CCRs are responsible for providing excellent client care and communications, as well as clear and timely communications with the medical staff. ***Shifts available are swing, overnight, day and PT***
Qualifications:
- Love of animals and a passion to help and heal, first and foremost
- The desire to continually learn and grow
- 1 year of administrative or customer service skills at minimum
- Must be adept at using a multiple-line telephone system
- Must be comfortable handling and processing cash and other forms of payment
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred, but not required
- Must be able to learn veterinary management software
- Will have the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
- Must be willing to work one weekend day
- Must have own reliable transportation
