Guardian Veterinary Specialists is seeking Client Care Representatives (CCRs) for full or part-time positions. Hours may be flexible as we are a 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. CCRs provide the first and last impression of each client’s visit to our hospital. CCRs are responsible for providing excellent client care and communications, as well as clear and timely communications with the medical staff.
Qualifications include ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy; must be adept at using a multiple-line telephone system, handling and processing cash and other forms of payment. Must be able to learn veterinary management software.
